Winter and Spring 2012

I hope that everyone is enjoying the winter like we are here in Albia.
Very little snow and very warm temperatures have made this seem like a shorter than normal cold season.

With the holidays past and Valentine's Day fast approaching, that can only mean one thing>>Spring is close<< It can’t get here fast enough for me. I'm not one for long winters anymore.

Bogie's SteakHouse had another great year and we had a chance to meet several new friends from all over the country again. This is what I enjoy about this business -- the people that come through that door and have a story to tell. When they leave Bogie's their story will have grown by another chapter.

We sadly mourn the loss of one of our own, USMC MSgt. Travis Riddick of Centerville, Iowa. A True Hero of the United States of America.
On January 27th, Southern Iowa came together as one and lined the streets and highways in a show of respect and honor for the escort from the Ottumwa airport to his hometown of Centerville. Leading this escort were our own Patriot Guard Riders of Iowa. What an honor.
